Our Passion

At Eye Gallery it is our mission to provide exceptional service and care while assisting our patients in seeing and looking their best.

The Eye Gallery Experience

When you arrive for your eye exam our friendly front desk staff will greet you and review your contact information. We will also ask for your Alberta Health Care card and any 3rd party insurance you may have. Before seeing the doctor our optometric assistants will review your ocular history and use our diagnostic equipment to take some measurements and scans of your eyes. In the exam room the doctor will review your history and preliminary tests. Our doctors have access to Alberta Netcare which will make reviewing your health history as efficient as possible. Next the doctors will assess your vision and determine any glasses or contact lens prescriptions as well as check the health of your eyes. Once all the testing has been completed the doctor will review your findings with you and make any necessary recommendations for lenses or ocular treatment. At the conclusion of your exam, if you need new glasses the optical staff will assist you in picking out frames. Once you have found the perfect frames we will send them to the optical lab to have your custom prescription lenses made and edged into the frames. The entire process takes on average 7-10 business days but may vary depending on your prescription and the lens type you choose. When your completed glasses have arrived we will contact you and make arrangements for pickup. Lastly, our opticians will have you try your new glasses on so they can assess how the glasses are fitting and make any final adjustments to ensure they fit just right. We hope to see you soon!
